These terms govern your use of dingyudigital.com and any order request you make through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About us
This site is operated by Dingyu Digital LLC, a California limited liability company located at 1565 Maple Avenue, Manteca, CA 95336 (California Entity No. B20260461616).
Product information
We make every effort to describe our pieces accurately. Colours, textures and grain will vary between screens and between individual pieces — this is a natural characteristic of woven, leather and timber materials, not a defect. Dimensions are approximate and handmade pieces may vary by up to 0.5 inches.
Prices and order requests
Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change. Submitting an order request through this site does not create a binding order. Our studio will contact you to confirm availability, finish, delivery, applicable taxes and the final total before any payment is taken. We may decline or cancel an order where a piece is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to the address provided.
Lead times and delivery
Most pieces are made to order and typically require 6–8 weeks in production, followed by delivery. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. We will keep you informed of any material delay. White-glove delivery is complimentary on orders over $500; delivery for smaller orders is quoted before checkout. Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.
Returns
Made-to-order pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition, subject to a 15% return fee. Customised pieces, pieces used outdoors and pieces damaged after delivery are not eligible. To begin a return, email hello@dingyudigital.com.
Warranty
Dingyu frames carry a 10-year structural warranty. Upholstery and finishes carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, natural material variation, accidental damage, improper care or commercial use. It applies to the original purchaser.
Intellectual property
The site, product names, designs, photography, illustrations and text are owned by or licensed to Dingyu Digital LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dingyu Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
