Dingyu Digital LLC (“Dingyu”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit dingyudigital.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us: your name, email address, delivery city and any message you send through our forms or by email. If you request a fabric swatch or place an order request, we may also collect a postal address and telephone number.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed and the site you arrived from. This helps us understand how the site is used and keep it working properly.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, swatch requests and order requests.
- To arrange production, delivery and aftercare for a piece you have ordered.
- To send studio letters and collection updates, if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the website, our product information and our service.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses your browser’s local storage to remember your shopping bag and saved pieces between visits. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or embedded media in future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio — for example, delivery partners, payment processors, email and hosting providers — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Email hello@dingyudigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to help you and to maintain our business records, then delete or anonymise them. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
