How long will my piece take to arrive?
Every piece is made to order. Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, followed by white-glove delivery within 1–3 weeks depending on location. We will send a production update and contact you to schedule delivery once your piece is ready.
Can I order fabric swatches?
Yes. Email hello@dingyudigital.com with the pieces and materials you are considering, and we will send a small swatch set at no charge within the United States.
What does white-glove delivery include?
Our delivery partners bring your piece into the room of your choice, assemble it if required, remove all packaging and take away the pallet. Delivery is complimentary on orders over $500. For orders below that, delivery is quoted at checkout confirmation.
What is your return policy?
Made-to-order pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. A 15% return fee applies to cover collection and inspection. Pieces that have been customized, used outdoors or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
Do you work with interior designers?
Yes. Our trade program includes project pricing, a dedicated contact, sample sets and help with schemes and lead times. Write to hello@dingyudigital.com with a little about your practice and current projects.
Can I specify a different fabric or finish?
Many pieces can be made in alternative finishes from our material library. Send us the piece you have in mind and we will confirm options, lead time and any price difference. Fully bespoke dimensions are considered on a project basis.
Are the pieces covered by a warranty?
Every Dingyu frame carries a 10-year structural warranty. Upholstery and finishes carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural variation in leather, wool and timber is not considered a defect; it is part of the material.
